T1 · MICRO-ENTERPRISE · 1-9 EMPLOYEES

Shop, artisan, sole practitioner.

Lemnia reads e-invoicing, mail and WhatsApp, and answers customer questions in about two seconds, straight from the phone, with no cloud and no third-party account.

PROFILE

The owner is the operations manager, and the phone is the workspace.

Most Italian micro-enterprises run on one or two people. The owner takes the order, ships it, invoices it, chases the late payment and answers the customer at 21:00. There is no separate system, since the system coincides with whoever was last in the room.

Lemnia T1 sits on the owner's laptop, and the mobile companion lives on the owner's phone, on iOS or Android. There is no server to maintain and no IT consultant to call. Audio and models stay on the device, and ingestion runs at night, outside working hours.

CONNECTORS

What Lemnia reads, from day one.

  • Fatture in Cloud / Aruba Fattura

Electronic invoices, inbound and outbound, via the standard SDI channel. Lemnia reads them at ingestion, with no write-back.

  • WhatsApp Business

All customer chats threaded by phone number, linked to the correct customer card via fiscal code or VAT id.

  • Gmail / PEC Aruba / Legalmail

The inbox read-only: subject lines, attachments and sender threads. PEC is indexed separately to preserve its legal value.

  • Google Calendar / iCloud

Appointments and on-site visits, joined to the customer card so that the brief is available before the meeting.

REPORTS

The five reports a one-person operation actually opens.

  • Customer 360 summary

Opened before a difficult call. A customer's whole history reconstructed from orders, invoices and communications, cited line by line, in about a minute.

  • Receivables and cash forecast

An aging schedule by band together with the projected balance at 30, 60 and 90 days. It is useful before signing an order or investing in equipment, and it stays descriptive rather than producing a predictive score.

  • Pre-meeting brief

Fifteen seconds before an appointment, it summarises orders, payments, last contact and open questions. Three cited figures, also available by voice from the phone.

  • Management digest

On a weekly cadence it flags what stepped out of the ordinary: a reminder coming due, stock below threshold, a supplier delay. Each item deep-links to the document that explains it.

  • GDPR + AI Act compliance

DPIA state, access log, consents, sub-processor list and the AI Act art. 50 trail in a single BLAKE3-signed PDF, ready for the customer who asks who processes their data.

POSTURE

What stays out of scope, by design.

Lemnia for micro-enterprise is a descriptive tool. It does not score customers, classify suppliers or rank collaborators. The AI Act Art. 50 limited-risk frame stays non-negotiable, so every report cites every figure, every decision logs a provenance, and no automated decision touches a natural person.

When a customer asks who is processing their data, the answer is unambiguous: only the owner, on their own device, with a register signed BLAKE3 and exportable on request.

FOUNDERS PROGRAMME · LIMITED PLACES

Lemnia running on the data of a real company.

A thirty-minute demonstration, calibrated to the company's sector. Lemnia composes the record of a real customer, cites the sources line by line and presents the signed register ready for the DPO.
