LEMNIA MOBILE · iOS AND ANDROID · WI-FI LAN

Four functions, one single source.

Lemnia mobile answers by voice in two seconds, citing the sources. It captures paper invoices with the camera and links them to the correct customer. The audio and the models stay on the phone, and the text travels over an encrypted Wi-Fi LAN.

ARCHITECTURE

iOS and Android, over Wi-Fi LAN, never cloud.

The mobile app pairs with the Lemnia desktop or server over the local network. Audio runs through on-device Parakeet-TDT-0.6B-v3 INT8 ONNX and the model never leaves the phone. The text query travels over Wi-Fi LAN with gRPC mTLS, with no cloud round-trip, no third-party voice service and no transcript stored outside the office.

iOS and Android are both at v0.1.5. The wake-word is disabled by default and the side button is the trigger. An in-car projection UI is not included; Bluetooth audio in the car works because the answer is read aloud rather than displayed.

SCENARIO 01 · VOICE

A question from the car, a cited answer in two seconds.

Three minutes before the meeting, the owner asks over Bluetooth, "What's my history with Bianchi Srl?". Lemnia answers with voice synthesis and brings the citations on screen, from orders to tickets to the last contact, without requiring the use of hands. The transcript stays inside the company perimeter.

The first response averages 2.1 s on the bench. Italian voice synthesis runs on the phone, while the answer text comes back from the desktop over the LAN. The microphone is opened only on side-button press.

SCENARIO 02 · WALK-UP

A customer at the desk: the brief is ready before the handshake.

When a customer walks up, the sales rep opens the brief from the phone. Three tiles, namely orders, payments and last contact, summarise the history in under three seconds. Every figure carries the source citation, ready to consult.

The brief is composed from the desktop dossier and streamed to the phone over the LAN. It is read-only, and the rep cannot edit a customer record from it. Any change passes through the source system the data came from.

SCENARIO 03 · OCR

A paper invoice, in one gesture, into the ERP.

The owner photographs the supplier's invoice. OCR runs on the phone and recognises invoice number, VAT ID, net amount, total and currency. The record travels over Wi-Fi LAN to the Lemnia desktop, which opens an entry in the ERP and links it to the correct supplier card, with no manual data entry and no cloud in between.

The average capture-to-ERP time on the bench is about 6 seconds. The OCR confidence is shown on screen, and the operator approves or corrects before the record commits.

SCENARIO 04 · EVENING DIGEST

At 19:00 the phone surfaces only what fell outside the ordinary.

One silent notification, once a day, flags the anomalies detected in today's register: a reminder coming due, a stock under threshold, a supplier delay. It appears only when there are any, and each item is tappable and deep-links straight to the dossier that explains it.

The notification budget is one a day, conditional on the presence of anomalies. There are no badges, no red dots and no engagement loop, and the phone leaves the operator's evening undisturbed.

PAIRING

Setup: 90 seconds, no cloud account.

  • Step 1 · install

Lemnia is downloaded from the App Store or Google Play (the companion app, not the engine). Around 22 MB, with no signup screen and no email collection.

  • Step 2 · scan

On the Lemnia desktop, under Settings then Pair Device, a QR code appears and the phone camera reads it. The mTLS certificate is exchanged over the LAN and the pairing is tied to the tenant key.

  • Step 3 · name

The device is given a name (Mario's phone, Magazzino, Auto). The name appears in the audit log so that every voice query stays attributable.

  • Step 4 · done

From this point on, the device works on the LAN, with no internet needed for queries. The mobile data plan stays unused, except where cloud-burst (Pro mode) is enabled.

POSTURE

What the mobile app will never do.

Always-on listening is disabled by default and gated by an explicit Settings toggle. Wake-word recognition runs only when the toggle is on, and only on-device. The microphone is never opened without an operator gesture (the side button or an in-app tap).

There is no background analytics SDK, no third-party crash reporter and no advertising ID. The app does not request location, contacts, photo library or any permission the four documented scenarios do not require.

FOUNDERS PROGRAMME · LIMITED PLACES

Lemnia running on the data of a real company.

A thirty-minute demonstration, calibrated to the company's sector. Lemnia composes the record of a real customer, cites the sources line by line and presents the signed register ready for the DPO.
